We have news plays coming out tomorrow for the US which may give us an understanding that the ISM may still end up above the 50 Reading.
Now from now until then, we have to understand what may happen with price of BTC until that point.
Consider the psy range…If the price does stay below the Psy low and does not show signs of moving back up.
The structure of price in the image above would be a likely scenario.
Notice the volume profile…(Yellow arrows)
In this scenario we anticipate price coming to this zone as a means for the market to test the intention of the retail trader stepping in and committing liquidity.
