Good evening all…

Well, Another interest rate increase, Dollar is now starting to get even more lucrative.

WE can see that USDJPY is pretty much telling us where investors heads are at…

Now usually, when dxy moves up so does nasdaq and Sp500, however, if investors are only favouring USD, then they will be traing assets like USDJPY USDCAD, which is why these assets are moving up.

However, If investors are seeking safety or cash, then they will sell their stock and move their money into cash…Which is why nasdaq is dropping. But remember, smart money is buying up all these sells…

Tomorrow we have Unemployment claims which is effectively going to tell us if the jobs market is going to increase the odds of inflation moving higher.

Once that data is released, then we are going to expect some very good movement in the charts…

Tomorrow should be a good day for a reversal.

Mad Love
