The image above…. Study it… This image is the framework of understanding everything that we anticipate when working out levels and cycles… You will get an idea of why i determine what a level is and why we do not react when we see price hit certain zones.
E. G notice level 1 far left, when price comes out of the W formation it comes down from the high, that high is the end of level one, which is the start of the consolidation zone level 2. LEVEL 2 ends price forms a high and retraces back, which in turn starts level three, level 3 (peak formation).
Having this chart effectively trains the eye to develoo s mental frame work/structure of prices behaviour…
