Ok so i thought i would take the time to help you understand the importance of the notable volumes that appear around the moving averages ….An understanding of this will help you to effectively add to positions, if you desire to do so, or simply help you understand where you stand with your position and where price may need to go for you to grant that a close or lock profit may be required.
The main image is the 15m time frame…
Look at the red candlestick….
It spiked the high then reversed and closed right towards the end of the candlestick…However, it failed to break below the 50….THIS IS A MASSIVE SIGN. This is the clue that the market maker is giving you as to where his interests lie…
We understand that a red candlestick is the market maker’s opportunity to add more longs and close any previous shorts, funny how the red candle breaks down and recovers some of the green candles preceding that zone…
Topped with the confluence, look at the zone that the red candlestick stopped at…The psychological Low…The true support zone…
Now some may think that this may be an M formation appearing…Maybe? however, the price will need to break below 50 to grant that this is the case…
Price on the 1h time frame has not tapped the 50, this is a very strong intention by the market maker. However, this current price action is the market makers “Coming out ” of the zone, or what we would deem to be the “shifting of the zone”
Now look, the number of times that we have seen this happen in the streams, should help you to train your eyes in understanding how a level is formed and how to establish the market makers intention…
Price is now trialing below the Psy High, price has tapped that zone, (Exactly as …….)
The range daily high is also in sight, which sits at the second projection zone…
Jokes aside, You print these images off and stick them on your walls. My goal is to train your eyes to the point where you will see these patterns appear before they play out…I have sat through thousands of these sorts of plays, yet I am forever training my eyes…
